We understand that there is a need to strike a balance between the overall objectives of achieving corporate excellence vis-à-vis the company’s responsibilities towards the community.

Destra will be launching its maiden CSR program in Q4 2020 where we will install a Solar powered community library stocked with books, computers and other literacy tools and materials to promote education, enhance vocational skills in the rural communities focusing especially on children and women.

Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocational skills, especially among children, women, elderly and the differently abled and livelihood enhancement projects;

The objective of the policy is to actively contribute to the social, environmental and economic development of the society in which we operate. 

In March 2020, Destra Energy partnered with an NGO called FreelunchGH to support over 20,000 vulnerable families with food packages for the duration of the COVID -19 lockdown in Ghana.
